Trip to Bali from India with Baby

Image
We planned our second international trip with 9month old infant and this one was to Bali along with our senior citizen parents. We chose September month which was good. We explored Semniyak, kuta, Uluwatu,  Nusa Dua Beach ( Where you can  first have some sn acks/food at a coffee shop called   Kopi  Petani) and  Ubud. For tours ● You can book from Get your guide ● Or Airbnb experiences -  Click here The best experience was at Semniyak and Nusa Dua. We selected places which are less tiresome. The worst experience was visiting Uluwatu where we went to the famous monkey temple, travel was waste of time. We could have given couple of days to Ubud as we couldn’t explore it much as we just travelled to and from within a day. Beaches at Seminiyak were much better and cleaner than Kuta. Food joints and street market at Kuta we loved. Cab is affordable. Download the local app (grab or gojek) and you should be set. Getting Around Bali + Tips ● By Scooter starts...

Places in Dubai which are Baby friendly

Places in Dubai suggested with baby Dubai mall - As the Mall is fully equipped with baby changing rooms or feeding stations you will not be worried about where to go in case baby soils up or needs to be fed. Also as in infant stage most of the time baby sleeps , so we had fun in the mall with the baby in stroller. There are so many activities in the Dubai Mall such as Underwater zoo and Aquarium which is eye pleasing for babies. Avoid crowded places in the mall like Dubai Fountain and there are lot of youngsters smoking and enjoying party like scenes, hence would not recommend it with baby. However we enjoyed the Dubai Fountain show from our hotel lobby window as we stayed in Taj Downtown You can also pick few restaurants which are having seating areas on the porche and you can enjoy the view. Burj Khalifa- This is also easy to accomplish with baby as the place has lift access and there are various spots which are not so crowded and we can enjoy the view  Aya World- Few segm...

Things to consider while planning Trip with Baby

Travelling with Infants? We planned an International Trip to Dubai with 4 months baby. Below are the important points : Book a direct flight with renowned brands like Emirates and Qatar to ease the experience, though the flight cost are little higher you will not regret it with baby as you need more leg space and space for baby baggage Book a baby Bassinet seat beforehand  so that you can rest easy while your baby sleeps soundly and securely. We can request Bassinet seat for babies upto 2 years old. Seats are in limited number so grab one soon! Bring a Baby travel bag with broad mouth and transparent pouch for quick and easy access to essential items. Emirates provide Baby changing table in bathroom and a small baby kid with essentials like nappy cream, bibs and wipes Be the last one to board the flight as this would make the onboard flight time less Stroller can be brought till the aircraft last gate however also carry a baby carrier in case the baby is cranky. Emirates also provi...

First trip to Dubai from India with 4 month infant

❤ Hi friends, Many new parents want to travel to foreign nations for family trip during the first year of the baby. We are surrounded with so many information that the value we take from them becomes scattered . Hence in this blog we have jotted down all the pointers considered starting from flight, food, luggage, food, transportation. As we were travelling from India to Dubai for first time with baby and first timers ourselves, it was overwhelming with what to do what not do, where to go where not to. We planned to book a package initially and also paid for the package but as we reached towards our travel date lots of unpredictable events happened and we had to self book the trip AND this was the best decision as we could plan out trip according to our baby schedule. I would suggest to avoid booking packages and also book cancellable hotel property so that any change in trip would not put hole in your pockets. Dubai as a destination from India is pretty easiest to cover with baby as...
